Yuzu Fizz
Ingredients:
- 50ml Botaniets Ginger & Yuzu
- 20ml Bacanha Yuzu
- 15ml Lemon Juice
- Egg white
- Top with soda water
- Garnish: lemon zest
- Glass : Flute
- Technique: Shaken
Method:
- Add all the ingredients in your shaker except the soda water
- Dry shake (shake vigorously without ice)
- Add Ice in your shake
- Shake a second time
- Double strain into an chilled flute glass
- Top with the soda water
- Garnish with a lemon zest
