Yuzu Fizz

Ingredients:

  • 50ml Botaniets Ginger & Yuzu
  • 20ml Bacanha Yuzu
  • 15ml Lemon Juice
  • Egg white
  • Top with soda water
  • Garnish: lemon zest
  • Glass : Flute
  • Technique: Shaken

Method:

  1. Add all the ingredients in your shaker except the soda water
  2. Dry shake (shake vigorously without ice)
  3. Add Ice in your shake
  4. Shake a second time
  5. Double strain into an chilled flute glass
  6. Top with the soda water
  7. Garnish with a lemon zest
