Ingredients:

  • 60ml Botaniets Original 0,0% Gin
  • 20ml Bacanha Ginger Syrup
  • 45ml Cranberry Juice
  • 30ml Lemon Juice
  • Egg white
  • Materials: KitchenAid Artisan

 

Method:

  1. Fill your KitchenAid with all the ingredients and ice
  2. Blend it at high speed until the ice is totally crushed and the liquid is foamy
  3. Pour in your pre-chilled coupette glass
  4. Garnish with raspberry powder
